Stuck on Metro PCS boot screen

My Metro LG Stylo ran out of battery then when I plugged it in to the charger and it booted up. The screen gets stuck on the Metro PCS screen. No matter what I do its stays stuck on it. I even tried a whole different battery fully charged.I really want to prevent a factory reset. I'm running out of options.

pull the battery and hold down all 3 buttons for 30 seconds then put the battery back in.

Nevermind it works now. I just let the battery die, charged it for a few hours and powered it back up.

i tried both of your methods but when i start it up, it just freezes on the metropcs right after the ball rolls across
