Root Stuck on splash screen after flashing new ROM, need some help....

So I flashed this ROM [ROM][Sep 03-2011]RCMix3d Bliss v1.2 [The Original android 2.3.4 incl. sense3.5][OC] - xda-developers and now I'm stuck on the splash screen. The ROM is for the Desire HD but I wanted to see how it ran on the DInc 2.... maybe that was a bad idea. Anyways, I can get into HBOOT but when I do I get a prompt to install an updated splash screen (I have a custom splash screen) and I say either yes or no it just says update cancelled "press power to reboot." Well I cant reboot cause it just gets hung up on the splash screen lol. So I cant get into recovery to flash a back-up so I really dont know what to do.

Any help or advice is always appreciated, thanks!

Yeah don't flash roms for different phones, it rarely works. Plug your sd card into your computer with a jump drive or something, then delete the PG32IMG.zip and put it back in your phone then try it again
