Somehow I bricked mine. That didn't take long. Just displays this icon in really big size on the screen now.

Back to the Internets for a solution!!

This is why we can't have nice things.

I actually figured it out. I think it's the busted volume rocker button on the Touchpad that's throwing it into update mode. I'm bickering with HP about getting it fixed lest it happens again.

Makes sense since the volume control can put you in usb mode.

colchiro how much have you used your nook color since getting the touchpad? I've only picked my nook up once this week. LOL

My Touchpad won't be here until Thursday. I did flash nightly #176 on it last night tho. Seems like a good, fast build and has the "market workaround", whatever that is (that I don't need). Showed it to a few people at work, thinking I might have a sale, but only a couple nibbles.

Honestly, if I had access to Google apps on the Touchpad, it might replace my Galaxy Tab. It's that good. Sadly there doesn't seem to be a good backup solution, limited apps, no G+, etc..... For $149 it's a bargain. Don't get me wrong. There are many things it does way better than Android or iOS IMO. HP had a winner on their hands if they had priced it better.
