Stupid question. How do i upload a video i took with my evo to my computer?

    I shot a video today and i cant upload it

    Several ways...easiest is to go to the video file you just took on your EVO...press Menu...select SHARE....select one of your mail clients (e.g google mail)....send it to your self...and now go to your computer and open the mail and DL it.

    Or just plug the USB cable into your computer, and swipe down the notification bar and hit DISK DRIVE. An Autoplay box should pop up, view the files, go to DCIM>100MEDIA and everything should be stored in there.

    USB will be your best bet,...if the video is to large you will not be able to email it to yourself.

    I used the USB but I didn't get the audio, is there a way to get both audio and video?

    That's on your computers end. It probably doesn't have the proper codec to play the video portion. What software are you using to open the file?

    Use VLC Player or Quicktime to play the file.

    Thanks Mabster and Sitlet, you were right about not having the proper codec. I will download the VLC player.

    In case I do not have PC access nearby, I used a free app called Youcast to send big media files directly from my android to any email address or some major social sites: such as youtube, facebook, myspace.
