submitting reviews

How would I submit an app review in the play store. I can write one out and put a star rating in but then cannot find a button to submit it. The review then remains to be viewed but is not submitted for others to view.

Have you put a header (summary) in too? In the thin input box at the top?

The bottom right should contain the submit button for posting your review. Just make sure like funky said to put something in the header.
