    I don't :), :(, or :/

    I type smiles differently sense I started chatting in 1997, I'm known for it among friends.

    =-]
    =-/
    =-D

    The problem is this is difficult to type with the softkeyboard on my Droid.

    <3 too.

    Is there an app that allows me to edit the simile list, or adds in a user editable list of frequented phrases?

    The "Inserty" app is terrific, a must have app.

    If anyone comes along with a way to send =-] in less than 5 presses, I'm all ears.

    1. Install Smart Keyboard Pro

    2. Set custom auto text to translate "sm" to "=-]"

    3. Get into a situation where you want to insert a smiley

    4. Tap "s" then "m" then "space" or "enter."

    5. =-]

    --Mark

    A free option is the htc keyboard hack for the droid that has an editable smiley button!

    Great, my cubicle neighbor has a Eros, I'll test it out. If I like, It'll be on my Root-to-do list. ;-]
