Love the application, its worked like a charm until I got the 2.1 OTA upgrade. I rebooted the Droid, called my cell from another phone and it worked (once) then nothing. Anyone else seeing such issues?

Tech support got back to me right away (awesome) and I’m going to try a few things. I did get a notification last night so perhaps it was just something spotty with G3/wifi or a non land line call. Love the product even more now that I’ve seen how super their tech support is.

I had the same problem. It's actually called Super Caller Id.

Does it also recognize cell numbers and their callers? I don't want to pay for an app that I could just as easily type into white pages and get the same NON info. Does this thing REALLY work?

No and yes (it really works for landlines). That and a product called Extreme Call Blocker for Droid really do help in eliminating a lot of junk phone calls.

Not for me. I think the product is fine now after a reboot.
