Root Superuser Problems

I never had a problem with this before. But I can not access setcpu to change things a bit. It force closes, but keeps the program open every time. It says setcpu read only 2.xxxx or whatever at the bottom of the screen.

The application Superuser Persmissions has stopped unexpectedly. Pleast try again.

That is all I get... And I can't get into superuser permissions....same error message...

Same thing with Ti Backup

Anyone?

Obviously I am rooted(the beast update zip and have one click lag fix)
