Support Support Jelky bean

    Is anyone else seeing play store crashing when attempting to install / update apps? Already cleared play store app data doesn't fix it

    It looks to me like Google Play Store has been hacked by someone phishing for passwords - the Tech in the local Verizon store agrees with me.

    You might consider changing your Google account password - and change your password again immediately if you ever use your password on Play Store.

    This a recent Jelly Bean thing? Maybe that's why Moto pulled the test update?

    Rebooting doesn't help. Looks like the text app is crashing occasionally I called Verizon last night they didn't known about the update and transferred me to moto. Long story short I have to wait up to 3 days for their tier 3 too get back. Oh well maybe time to pay the etf and go get the nexus 4

    You know my story with that one... right now I'd ALMOST say don't bother.



    You could always try a factory reset.

    I'll wait to see what moto says first. I can get by a few days like this....

    When the update hit my phone, the Play store was unstable for a while after the initial reboot. I let the phone sit undisturbed for about a half hour and then it seemed to settle down. Since then it's worked without issue...
