i just got a photon, and got on android 2.3.4 (from 2.1).
i am surprised that a lot of the things i hoped would be taken care of by now, aren't. such as constant warnings that i can't do anything about.

a few of them such as:

"4g disconnected" i get it every day when i get to work because i don't get good reception in my office. there is also no way to clear it. so i have to look at this big red warning all day every day. (the little 4g icon is grayed out. that is sufficient for me to know there is no 4g connection) is there a way to suppress it?

"connected to kickstand mode": i know.. i put it in this mode. why is it one of my notifications that i also can't clear?

"could not obtain ip address blah blah blah": that one is the most useless of all.. it happens to me daily at the office and there is nothing i can do about it.

any way to suppress these messages?
