svoice popup?

its annoying about 3 times out of 10 when I unlock my phone I somehow get the svoice popup agreement / disclaimer when all I want todo is unlock and get to the home screen.

does anyone know why it happens or better how to stop/avoid it ?

Hey there, Sandgoose. I can't help you with your issue, but I thought moving the thread to the Android Applications board might yield better results. Hopefully, someone else who uses the app will offer some advice.
