swapped my phone..now i cant reinstall documents to go

swapped my original droid 11/6 for a new one with hopes of better battery life...but i cant use my full version of documents to go...how do i reinstall?

Contact the developer and let them know what happened.

check your email for your receipt then go to the dataviz website you will need the number from you receipt. I think it might let you download again on there website.

there is no where on phone after i download to put my activation key to unlock the program....

go to the website it will ask for order# and email address then it will give a list of products you bought and should have a link to re-download

I thought the Docs to Go install was performed by first installing the "read only" partial version, and then purchasing the "unlock key"?

Yeah I had it but i kinda did the opposite. I purchased the key than once the key installed in made me download the viewer version so technically you have 2 icons one that shows the key and one that doesnt.
