    Hi
I currently have an HTC Desire HD, but whilst I love it I do find that its a bit big for when I go out with my mates or to gigs etc, and I am always worried that it might get damaged and often I have difficulty trying to squeeze it into my pocket (which can give quite an interesting look sometimes!). So I have decided to get a HTC Wildfire S for those times when I want a physically smaller phone....

I read somewhere that if I take the sim out of one phone and then put it in another phone, I might get problems if the phones have different apps on etc, and that I could end up getting two non-functioing phones as they will get 'confused' with the sim being swapped around.

Is this true, or can I do this without any expected problems?

Also, if anyone else has a recommendation for a small Android handset in a similar vein to the Wildfire S then please let me know.

    Thanks for any help....

Depends on how your specific apps handle licensing. If SIM-based then yes. The phones themselves are designed with SIM support so swapping isn't an issue for the device itself.
