I've seen that there's a good amount of T-Mobile employees on here. I was hoping someone could solve a problem I'm having. I'm a current T-Mo customer/ Blackberry user. I went into the store yesterday to get a G1 and switch my service plan. Everything was going fine until the CSR told me that they couldn't switch my plan from BB to G1 until the end of my service cycle (I'm on FlexPay :/.) I asked if they could just add the G1 service and credit my account for the prorated amount of my BB service, no go. Any way I can get around this? I want a G1 so bad that I can taste it and I really don't want to wait until next month.
