Switching from VZ to Sprint or ATT.....need android phone advice

I have had it with VZ and the billing errors. I am switching to sprint or att. I have a motorola razr maxx and love it. What would be the most comparable phone with att or sprint? Any other advice?

My vote goes to the HTC One X for ATT and the Sprint variant EVO 4G LTE. But you can also wait until they announce the Samsung Galaxy III and see if and when they will be released for those carriers.
