Support Swype not on my Thunderbolt>

    I just got a Thunderbolt and I cant seem to find swype on it? I read it was preloaded on it. I press and hold in the chat boxes no option comes up to switch keyboards, I go to settings and keyboard and there is no selection for swype??? WHAT GIVES??

    Swype isn't on this phone by default, wherever you heard that was wrong. But you can go to Swype | Text Input for Screens and sign up for the beta and you can then install it.

    I did what wolfedude said - swype works great on the t-bolt. It's a process to get it on the phone when you compare it to just downloading an app, but everything works well and the instructions are very easy to follow.
