Nice! I was so bummed that it expired today. I broke out Shapewriter, and it's nice, but seems to take up a lot of screen real estate.

I love Swype!! For those saying their apk expired...how? Did we all just download them from different places? Mine is still working.

Does the newest version of swype have a voice button? That's a deal breaker to me, as I often will use it to send text messages while driving.

In what way will I like Swype better than ShapeWriter? I just got ShapeWriter yesterday and I absolutely love it. I'm not tied to it yet, though, so if I need to go to Swype, I'm in.

Good find mbell75. There are times that swype can be a bother more specifically when doing spreadsheet work. But other than that swype definitely crushed its competition.

Sent using my HTC Evo 4G.

    According to this:

    Voice input button

It appears unlikely for this release, but it is good to hear they are working on it.

Cant wait! Mine had expired today and finally found a working apk just now. Hopefully themes for it will come out soon as well, I already miss my black swype keyboard.

I'm not seeing it. I'm guessing they are Pacific time? Still though. Makes me doubt the one article that mentioned this. But I still hope it's out soon! I have no beta file and don't feel like monkeying around with it anymore.
