Support SYNC problem with ONE e-mail address

    I use 4 separate e-mail addresses and all 4 were linked to my phone when I first got it.
    Lately, I noticed that incoming e-mails on 1 of the addresses were not being picked up by my phone.
    When I looked in "settings" all e-mail addresses tell me they are SYNCED.
    But when I try to check incoming e-mails on the affected address, the screen tells me that the account was last SYNCED in the middle of February.
    How can I solve this problem?

    doubt the model of phone has anything to do with it.

    You don't say what email app you were using. I too, had a lot of email sync type problems, and for me, it was resolved by changing to Aqua Mail. The stock email app is not especially easy to get along with.

    Aqua Mail, on the other hand, has a plethora of options to allow you to control what is going on.
