Help sync schedule-

I cannot seem to be able to schedule when emails are Synced to my Samsung Note 10.1 tablet. I have a galaxy S3 phone which obviously has the same settings menu but in the settings for each email account the tablet does not have.a "Sync schedule'' facility like the S3. I can't believe this useful setting is not included or am I looking in the wrong place.-Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and Happy New Year to everyone.

It does have it. I cannot tell you where as I do not have it with me at work, but it does have it. Look at the folder settings.

I assume you ar eusing the Email and not GMail app, as GMail is push-only.

I still can't find where sync schedule settings is located.-I am using the email app

Go to settings, and under personal, there is accounts and sync. Click on the appropriate account on the right and see if that helps you.

Thanks. But that Is what I have tried.Under Accounts & Sync the 'Data Usage' Section should contain a setting for sync frequency like the Samsung Galaxy Smartphone but it Is not there on my tablet.

Any Ideas would be appreciated

You ar elooking in the wrong place. Look in email settings and not data settings.

thanks for your help on that . It is now resolved.

I have another sync problem - - with My Calendar it will not sync with my Galaxy S3

the Samsung Calendar keeps saying sync error - -l don't know is this is anything to do with it.
