Help Sync with Verizon popups??

every time I connect to sync my incredible, I get a window opens on my IE that is the Verizon page. Anyone know why this happens or how to stop it?

It's a Verizon thing. The only way to stop it is to root and get rid of the apk/odex from the system folder.

Not true. This works as well:

dial ##7764726
Hit Call
Type Password 000000 (that's 6 zeros)
Hit Feature Settings
Choose CD ROM
Click Disable
Hit menu, commit modifications (it will say no item changed)

Yep, I used that method and it worked fine. Also stopped my phone from crashing Vista every time I plugged it in the USB port!
