Support Syncing the Sensation

    I realise the sync software is not the best from other posts, but anyone managed it yet?
    I haven't. All HTC suggest is the usual things and if all fails to send the phone in for repair.
    Seems pointless seeing how it was only released just over a week ago.

    Hey, no problem. And a big thank you from me. It works on my DHD and now I know it's fine on the Sensation I'm nearer to getting one .... :D Got to wait 'till the end of the month, b'day time ... :(

    Just a quick update since HTC updated the sync software to.include the sensation...


    It now also works flawlessly...trick was to make sure the USB port you are using is definately a USBv2.0 and secondly that you use a proper HTC sync cable.

    Both have an effect to the detriment of the software...not right imo but there you have it...
    HTC do say this mind in their blurb however how many read the small print....
