I don't want to remove anything special...

    NFL Mobile
    Amazon Kindle
    Netflix
    Slacker

I don't use any of these programs. I have them all frozen right now but the phone still wants to do program updates.

In the past, when you froze an app and updated it via Market it would get un-frozen. Right now, even if you update it it stays frozen, which is ok by me.

If you want to get rid of them, remove the Market link from TiB. Removing them completely will mean you might run into porblems when updating the phone.

I froze those apps. NFL and Netflix still wants to update tho. Holding off on doing it just because I don't want those two to add to my storage space.

Added two more since the update:

    MOG
    Slingbox

Can't you just change your market settings to stop auto update alerts? I never get auto alerts for any apps. I have to manually check, which I much prefer. The auto alerts were really annoying.
