System-Cloning Applications?

I want an android tablet. The one I bought... It unsupported, and the company appears to be inexperienced enough to make me abandon using their product. Therefore, I need to return it, and purchase an android tablet from a different manufacturer.

Since I want to stay with Android, I'd like to keep everything I've already downloaded, saved, and configured. To just clone the system and install it all onto my new tablet that I purchase.

(Right now, it just says C: for storage, which I think is my SD card... But aren't my apps on the hard drive inside, and not on my SD card? I don't know enough about how Android works to know what/how to back my stuff up.)
