Help system partition damaged?

I got the EPF45 .img, and I renamed it to PASSIMG.zip (made sure its not a zip of a zip) and got the red status bar. One error...."cannot unzzip .zip" see picture. Now I get static x screen that turns to pixelated dust. LOL...almost there. I guess its a rom region thing?

Also in adb I get this

fastboot erase system

erasing 'system'.... FAILED <remote: not allowed>

and also

fastboot oem unlock........

INFOdevice already UNLOCKED!

I tried flashing the clockwork recovery and still get the same errors. Anyone know if this is a BRICK? Seems to me that it is finally done for?
