I've seen lots of people go on about the System UI tuner and I cant for the life of me access it.
Using s6 edge on Three updated to marshmallow 6.0.1.
I've enabled the developer options as well but whenever I hold down the cog in the drop down menu it doesn't do anything - no spinning no spanner showing no pop up :(

    Any ideas

That's because it's features and settings are spread throughout our TW flavour of Android, and have been since before Marshmallow. For instance quick toggles. From any screen drag the quick toggle/notification area down from the top with two parted fingers and you'll see an "EDIT" button.
I think all the features of the UI tuner section are scattered throughout settings from memory. I'll have a look later but for now I have just got in from a call out for work, I'm going to bed. :)
