System update

I have had a ZTE max for 2 years now and I have a system update for it fails every time I've tried everything. So I rooted it to see if that would help. Does anyone have any ideas how to do it I'm running 5.1.1

Unfortunately you haven't got the news on why your ZTE is not updating it's because of the server is down due to this article that member Mikedt posted:

Rooting it definitely didn't help
