Yes i updated it yesterday.
Heres is the changelog:
V2 9.16.13
-Added Viper4Android
*Remember Our device is Cortex A8 with Neon
*Special Thanks to Viper520 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=44573642#post44573642)
-Added Titanium Backup and Adaway
-Added Circle Battery
-MMS Size increased to 1000KB
-Added AOSP Browser and Removed Google Chrome

Dont worry im pretty sure i fixed it.
Now there is no need to select an APN, Mobile Data should kick in with 15-30 seconds of setup, just let it sit.
This update may be the last for a few days because ive been pushing updates daily and im running out of ideas lol.

If you bought titanium backup it pops up as pro automatically.
But if you want to delete it, you can remove it manually using a root-explorer.

you have to go into System/App
it is a titanium backup icon named "com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup-1"

Ok good that means the fix worked.
Suggestions for adding stuff still open. Just no theming cause I want it to be as stock as possible.

You can enable volume skip in Wanam.
3minit can be added but i need to ask the maker first. Also infamous is the authorized rom for 3minit
