Root [T-Mobile] Android is updating msg during boot

Hey all,

Not sure exactly when it started but I am now getting a "Android is updating" screen when booting/restarting my S4 on T-Mobile. I believe this is due to attempting to check for updates. There are never any any updates but it always states that the phone was updated.

Any ideas on the cause and how to get rid of this?

Phone is rooted!

Happens if you clear cache/davlik cache.

Reality... nothing big to worry about but just odd that it's happening everytime you are rebooting.
