Will I be able to use Adobe flash when I root my note 3, or is there anything better than flashfox or puffin for flash with a rooted note 3?

Rooting enables superuser commands and root folder access. It shouldnt mess with flash or other apps.

I know, but flash isn't available on my phone now. I am wondering if I will be able to install it if I root?
