T-Mobile Going No-Holds-Barred

Yeah they are asking to get sued.

Actually all carriers that claim 4G are in the same boat... no one has a true 4g or will in the near future.

The ITU states that cellular systems can only call themselves 4G if they are able to deliver a peak download speed of up to approximately 100Mbps in a high mobility environment (i.e. mobile phone access)

Remember this all started with Sprint and there "4G" WiMax.
