Hi everyone. I restored my galaxy note 3 to factory settings and now when I try to connect to any VPN app or even using the stock VPN I can't seem to establish a connection to the servers. Do any of you have this issue or know how to fix this? Thanks

If you can connect to any IP address, you should be able to connect to any other IP address (that's visible to your phone - for example, some servers in China may be blocked to anyone outside China, so you can't see them). The question is what app you're using to connect to them. A VPN needs the app written to connect to THAT kind of VPN.

(If you're talking about a "hide my address" kind of thing, that's just a website - and it doesn't really hide your address.)

VPN for me only worked via Wi-Fi until I created a new APN entry that uses ipv4 only.
