Root [T-Mobile] roms

Hello I'm new to this forum and not sho if this is the right area to post this question but I'm having problems downloading roms on my phone. It will only download 30% or So then say it's done but it doesn't show up in recovery mode on my sd card. Any help wud be greatly appreciated

I would recommend downloading to PC/MAC and transferring file to phone instead of downloading directly yo phone. Its easier imo.
