My daughter has a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (wifi) and when we did the last system update, it got stuck in a start-up loop. Only the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 logo shows and it will not boot.
I have tried to get to the Safe mode to reset the darn thing but I cannot get to it.
I hold the Power + Vol Up + Home until the logo shows and then release the Power button. It goes into "install" mode with the android guy standing and the spinning "polyhedron." The status bar climbs to about 25% then the android changes to lying on his back with a red triangle with an exclamation point over him. This shows for about 1/2 a second and then the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 logo appears again.
Please help.
