I assume this is an off-brand non-Google cheapy. Depending on what it is, sometimes you have to hold down volume up or down and power for about 10 seconds, or poke a paper clip into the reset hole on the back, or both. That will sometimes reset them to factory defaults. Is there anything in the tablet's instructions about this?
