Code 110 typically appears when trying to download from Play Store. There are only a couple things to try... Settings/App Manager and clear data and cache from Google Play, force close Play, then do the same with Google Play Services. reboot. If that doesn't work boot into recovery mode and perform a factory reset (keep in mind this will wipe your tab and return it to stock.) If this is a new tablet, I recommend exchanging it. This has been a common issue in the past
