    Hi,

When I am talking to someone my phone automatically cuts off the conversation or goes to another screen. Does anyone have this same problem?

    Welcome to Android Forums, molirva.

What you are describing is called "cheek dialing". Most smartphones with capacitive touch screens have a proximity sensor in them to turn off the screen when you hold it up to your face to talk. If your cheek or ear touches the screen while it's on, you will inadvertently send an unwanted instruction to the phone. You need to make sure that when you hold the phone up to talk, it goes dark and does not turn back on until you move it away from your face. If it stays on, you may have a faulty sensor.
