Help Task Requires Permissions?

I keep getting a notification on my HTC One M8 saying "Tasks requires permissions. Tap to allow"
After tapping it to allow, It quickly goes to a white screen then disappears for about 10-15 minutes when it will ask me to allow again. Has anyone ever had this problem and is it easy to overcome?

Android Version: 6.0
HTC Sense version: 7.0
Software number: 6.12.161.4

This is an unrooted HTC One M8. I've attached a picture of the notification I keep getting. Any help would be appreciated! It isn't a massive problem for the use of the phone, it's just extremely annoying when it pops up so often.

If you long-press on the notification, does it tell you which app is requesting the permissions?
