basically i paid for this app on my other sd card (that broke), but was still able to install it agaiin without paying for it, so i dont know if what im doing is wrong, do i have to pay for the app again?

basically i used to have a profile which alerted me when my phone was fully charged,
ive looked up on my past threads and tried the same but im stuck just on 1 area.

i know i should do this:
add task - battery voice
cliclk on event, power-battery full
asks me about priority - i put highest

+>Audio> this is the point where i carnt remember which audio should i click on:
alarm volum
bt voice volume
dtmf volume
haptic volume
in call volume
media volume
mic mute
notification pulse
notification volum
ringer volume
speakerphone
system volume

then i know to do this:
+>Misc>Say>Battery Full
Stream = Media

Merry Christmas! (Early)

I use a profile I created for this:

PROFILE:
Say phone charged

CONTEXT:
State > Power > Battery Level
(I set mine from 99 - 100 %)

CONTEXT:
Time > 0800 - 2100
(This I set so it doesn't wake me up "talking"

TASK:
Misc > Say
Text > "Battery charge at 100%"
Engine/Voice > Choose your TTS program
(I use Ivona)
Stream > Media

Note: I also have an "IF" which is a Variable so that it doesn't speak during a phone call. But that's another thread in itself.

BTW, I don't mess with "priorities" except for my "find phone" profiles.

This works fine for me.

EDIT: I noticed you have "Event" and not "State", that I have selected. Maybe mine is set up wrong. I will be interested in hearing input in that.

Good luck!
Dan :)

thanks, done it

the reason why i was going wrong i think thats this is the reason:
i didnt mention that my nephew did a factory reset and (i think) that would have lost my android voice pico tts files :
so when i kept telling it to do the voice for battery full (didnt mention it kept saying UNSUPPORTED TTS LOCALE)

so i downloaded what you mentioned IVONA - then it worked fine,

now just want to now does IVONA drain your battery more so, as it always on, would i have to download pico tts again (as when i go to voice input settings on phone its their but) doesnt work when i try it with tasker? same message popping up unsupported tts locale

Glad it worked :)

No, I haven't noticed less power with Ivona. I would think it only uses power when called upon.

How do yo like Ivona's voice, just curious?

reasin i asked if it drained battery, because when i first installed it it had its icon always on top left of my screen, but restarted phone went away.

yeh the voice is good on my htc sensation it sounds slightly like if my speaker is burst( which my phone is fine) but it will differ due to each phone speaker capability
honestly i did prefer the standard voice, but it doesnt even bother me
