Just to be honest, I don't know if this is illegal or not, please let me know:D:eek:

So, I recently bought the Evo and one thing I like about paying for an app, once you sign into your google account, all paid apps will be there for download. Well, once I signed into my google account for the Evo, all paid were there except one, Super Frogger Pro. I bought the app 5 months ago but with Titanium Backup, I never realized on my Hero that the app was not in the market. I always used TB and restored app/data for Super Frogger.

So my question is, is there anyway to transfer any of those files that are stored on the sd card from the Hero

    or

Go straight to google with a complaint.

I never realized I didn't have SuperFrogger on my Evo until yesterday when my 6 year old was playing the game on the Hero

Thanks for any input and if I need to email google, where would I start looking?

Do you still have your Hero?

Boot it up and pull the apk from /data/app or /data/app-private then install it on your Evo.

    Yep, I still have it:)
So, I won't have no worries with legality of the paid app?

You already paid for the app, so I wouldn't say it's illegal. Just don't use your ability to do this type of thing to do anything that is obviously illegal (I know you obviously won't :)). Also, if you have it in a titanium backup, you should be able to just install it from that backup, as it's *basically* doing the same thing as taking the apk from /data/app and installing it. Just don't restore app data, as you certainly wouldn't want to restore any data from a different phone, even though it *probably* doesn't have anything hw specific for just that app.

Pretty much my thought on it too.
