Help TB randomly shuts down?

Lately my phone has just started randomly shutting down. Has anyone else out there had this problem or know how to remedy it? New to the TB still don't know the ins and outs of it just yet.

I am having this problem all the time.... Sometimes the phone will be in my pocket and turn off or if the phone is placed down on a table it will just shut off.

Mine did this until I accepted the last OTA. I have not had it happen since.

Are you stock? Rooted? What version of Software / Rom are you using?

Phone is stock doing a software update now via ota. Don't know the first thing about rooting, and figure it works great as is minus the random shutdowns. Don't really have a ton of time to get into rooting either.

I am having this problem all the time.... Sometimes the phone will be in my pocket and turn off or if the phone is placed down on a table it will just shut off.

If you are on the latest OTA and this is still occurring, then you should call customer service and get a new one. The newest OTA fixes the restart problem. You could root and try a new ROM, but if the problem still happens then you would have to unroot to return it.

Perhaps one of the more experienced posters has a better solution.

I think my issue is more of a battery contact connection issue..... Because I can replicate the issue any time the back of the phone is squeezed... Which is what happens when it is in my pocket or when it is places down on a table....
