Compare and contrast? I mean, 200 bucks for a 16 gig tablet that can take a microsd card, is designed for gaming, and comes with a stylus? If I had more money, I'd be sorely tempted.

Agreed, it's a very tempting tablet for the price.

Tegra 4 performance on a budget, the downside is the screen resolution but you get a stylus so that might appeal to allot of users.

I still prefer the design of the Nexus 7 2013 but this is allot cheaper, faster and comes with sdcard and stylus.

One downside to the Tegra Note is that it's a WiFi only tablet while the Nexus 7 has 3G/4G LTE. However if you are fine with just having WiFi that's a non issue.

It's a shame that the Nexus 7 was too early for Tegra 4 and Snapdragon 800.

If you like games the Tegra Note is by far the better 7" tablet.
