Tethering access computer web server

I have tethering up and running using EasyTether, and it works great. I was wondering if there was any way I could access my computer's (connected to the internet via tethering) web server from my mobile device's browser. I can see on my computer that I have an IP on interace easytether0, but can't access that through the mobile browser as I'd expect.

Any ideas?

You mean through a browser on the same phone that is functioning as the hotspot for your computer?
