Help Tethering after rooting

I rooted my lg phone. I installed the root checker and it says rooting was successful. Ive installed several different apps that would allow me to tether VB but continue getting the sane error code.. you do not have access. Do what am I doing wrong??

I think after 4.3, carriers and manufacturers started adding tethering provisioning. Basically the phone checks with the provider you are using to see if tethering is authorized(more money)
There is a way to edit the build prop and turning provisioning off. Most just flash a custom ROM that already has it.
