On my Virgin Mobile Stylo 2 it is under settings then you should see tethering which offers WiFi hotspot and Bluetooth tethering. I believe you would Use Bluetooth to allow tethering with mobile data.I have not tethered with this phone so not sure how well it works. If your missing the tethering settings it is probably because the phone carrier you have has removed it.
