I have a specific question about Tethering my Moment. I have the 2.1 with Joeykrim SDX Final 2.0.4. So I also have root.

I'll be spending some time on the Interstate next week traveling and would like to experiment tethering my Moment to my Sony PSP 3000. I was going to see if I could remote connect to my PS3 while moving down the interstate using my phone.

First, does anyone have any experience tethering these devices?

Second, which tethering app works best for my kernel, if any? I tried the M900 version but said I did not have the correct filter.

Any help or direction would be appreciated. Thanks. :)

Tethering requires running an app on the thing you want to tether. I may be mistaken but I think you'll be hard pressed to find a tethering app for a PSP.

Edit: unless we're talking about a WiFi tether. Does PSP WiFi?

Yes, the PSP does wifi. So I guess I'm looking for an app on the moment that would make the phone a wifi server for the PSP. Am I dreamin or is this possible? Do I have a basic understanding of how tethering works or no?
