Recently I have found that I am in position where I would very much like to tether my Samsung S4 to my laptop. I however am on the network Three in the UK, which prevents me from using any of my Unlimited usage in this manner without paying extra.
I have looked on the internet and found that I can use pda+ on my phone and laptop to connect. I have followed the instructions set out. Enable debugging USB, connect usb tethering on my device etc. However I found that when I click on the tray icon and select connect internet(USB) I get the error message "HTC Sync error = -2".
I am using android 4.4.2, pda+ version 4.17.1 on my phone and 4.15 on my laptop.
Thanks.
