    Hi guys just been idly stumbling and found this handy app that lets you use your android phone as a internet conection for your laptop or net book hears the link hope youguys find it as usfull as i did .

    Just dont tether 20 GB movies, and you should be fine. Simple web browsing, that is not a replacement of your current ISP at home.

    This is now an official feature of the Android Froyo 2.2.1 JPY update. It's in settings under "Wireless and network". No rooting needed. :)
    Very handy. There will soon be no need for anyone to buy the 3G iPad as everyone will just tether the cheaper WiFi only iPad.
