We got a Spring Hero for my younger son for his birthday, and he loves his! I'm planning one getting one for myself and one for my other son real soon now.

We're coming from Instincts. That phone never materialized to be what they advertised it to be, but what I've seen of Android in general and the Hero in particular impresses me a LOT more than the Instinct ever did.

About the only real problem my younger son has run into is the SMS/battery life problem. He switched to Handcent and battery life is much better. As an added benefit, he likes Handcent's functionality much better, too!
