Text message from 1454 - Messages

These are "Short Codes" and come from a person or company sending bulk messages. They're often spam, but also can be used for marketing purposes for example Chipotle uses them to send "Free Burrito" promos.

Wikipedia shows short code information based on country:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Short_code#Short_codes_and_service_identifiers_.28prefix.29

What country are you in?

There are some sites that claim to have a directory/listing of short code number owners, but I wasn't able to find who operates the 1454 short code:
https://usshortcodedirectory.com/
https://www.usshortcodes.com/info/

If there was personal information in the message they sent, for example they addressed you by name, then most likely it stemmed from somewhere you signed up with your mobile number. This information may have been sold to a 3rd party who is now using it for mass marketing.
