Support text message storeage

    A big reason I'm upgrading my phone is that my current phone only allows me to store about 100 text messages before I'm forced to delete them in order to receive more...

    I have heard that on newer phones such as this one, there's virtually no limit to how many texts can be stored on the phone. Is that correct? Is there an option to save them to the Micro SD card?

    I'm thinking of buying one tomorrow but wanted to check with the people that have them first.

    if you have a gmail account (which you should) i would use this app:

    SMS Backup [​IMG]


    It will automatically back them up to your gmail account. Which in turn can free up space on your phone. You dont want to bog down your phones ability by hundreds of messages. I usually clear out my messages once a week. Then if i ever needed to pull any messages up i can log into my gmail account via phone or computer and open up the sms tab. BAM there they all are. :p
